The plant held a forklift obstacle course and pallet-stacking competition. Veteran driver Zhang won by a 3-second margin, then immediately gave his prize—a folding e-bike—to his apprentice of six months, saying, "Young people need to get around more."

At the assembly line's monthly group birthday party, someone smeared cream on the birthday star's face—and soon half the workshop was covered in white. Even the plant manager, who happened to walk by, didn't escape. The photos stayed on the canteen wall for a week of laughs.
"Golden Idea" Award: One Screw Saved ¥100,000
Xiao Li from the packaging team proposed switching outer-box screws to snap-fit fasteners, saving 2 seconds per box and about ¥100,000 a year. The plant gave him a ¥5,000 improvement bonus and named his workstation "Xiao Li's Snap-Fit Station."
Fire Drill: Fastest Evacuation Team Won "Chicken Leg Vouchers"
In the annual fire drill, the machining team evacuated everyone to the assembly point in just 1 minute 48 seconds. As a reward, the canteen gave each member a big chicken leg—and ever since, everyone runs the drill harder than a fitness test.
New Hire Mistook the "Emergency Stop" for the Time Clock
On his first day, Gen-Z newbie Xiao Chen pressed the production line's emergency stop button, thinking it was the attendance clock—halting the whole line for 3 minutes. His mentor didn't know whether to laugh or cry. Now a big sign next to the time clock reads: "THIS is the one you punch!"

During the hottest stretch of summer, workshop temperatures approached 38°C. Every day at 3 p.m., the plant delivered iced watermelon and mung bean soup. A veteran worker joked, "I don't need a watch—when I hear the watermelon being cut, I know it's break time."
